To authorize the Board of Health to extend the Public Health Lead Investigations program from the Ohio Department of Health on an indefinite basis, subject to the formal renewal of the underlying agreement every 2 years between Columbus Public Health and the Ohio Department of Health; to authorize the acceptance of any additional funds for the Public Health Lead Investigations program; to authorize the appropriation of any additional funds from the unappropriated balance of the Health Departments Grants Fund; and to the authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the Public Health Lead Investigations program.
