NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Councilman Khari Mosley, on behalf of the Council of the City of Pittsburgh, does hereby commend Lamar Thomas and the Gamma Ray Ocean Think Tank (G.R.O.T.T.) Program for their outstanding commitment to empowering youth and initiating positive community change; and NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of Pittsburgh hereby proclaims today as "G.R.O.T.T. Program & Lamar Thomas Day" in the City of Pittsburgh and extends our sincere gratitude and best wishes for their continued success and impact.
