NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the Pittsburgh Urban Magnet Project for two decades of connecting the young people of Pittsburgh to active and meaningful roles in their communities; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare September 27, 2016 to be “PUMP 20th Anniversary Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
