Resolution further amending Resolution 631 of 2015 authorizing the Mayor, City Solicitor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Campbell, Durrant, Beatty, Palombo and Miller, P.C. to provide legal services and expert advice relating to litigation by increasing the total cost from One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to One Hundred Eight Thousand One Hundred Seventy Five Dollars and Sixty Nine Cents ($108,175.69).
