THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Barbara Moyer on reaching this milestone and raising her loving family in our fair City; and THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare October 11, 2016 to be "Barbara Moyer" in the City of Pittsburgh.
