To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a planned modification of a service contract with Champion Pest & Termite Control LLC to increase funding in an amount up to $5,000.00 as well as to extend the end date from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2027, to prevent a disruption in services, to provide pest control services in homes where the Department of Development is completing whole house assessments for home repairs in our Division of Housing’s home repair programs. ($5,000.00)
