To authorize the Director of the Department of Technology to enter into a professional services agreement with OST Inc., for professional support services via the State of Ohio’s Managed Services Provider contract, 0A1300; to waive relevant sections of Chapter 329 of Columbus City Codes pertaining to competitive bidding; to authorize the expenditure of $400,000.00 from the Information Services Operating Fund budget; and to declare an emergency.
