NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that as the Brightwood Pumpkinfest celebrates its twenty-fifth anniversary, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh wishes to recognize and thank all who work to make it such a meaningful event for Brightwood and the Northside of Pittsburgh each and every year; and, BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, October 22nd to be “Brightwood Pumpkinfest Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
