To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to enter into a design agreement with Abbot Studios, for the Department of Public Service’s Georgesville Refuse Station & SWACO Transfer Station project; to authorize an expenditure up to $2,542,767.69 within the Refuse Collection Voted Capital Fund, the Streets & Highways Voted Capital Fund, and the Streets and Highways Non-Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
