NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and celebrate the Wayne Lester Memorial Orchard, and thanks Mr. Lester and his family for their advocacy and support of the Arlington neighborhood, and does hereby declare Saturday, October 22nd to be “Wayne Lester Memorial Orchard Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
