NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does recognize the tremendous service that Karissa's Army provides to the City of Pittsburgh and the region; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, October 25, 2016, to be “Karissa's Army Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
