NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Jackson Beatty for his bravery and heroic effort; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Wednesday, November 2, 2016 to be “Jackson Beatty Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
