NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Michelle Underwood for commitment to the youth in the City of Pittsburgh and congratulate her on her retirement; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, November 7, 2016 to be “Mickey Underwood Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
