NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend the Honorable Judge Rochelle S. Friedman for her service to residents of Pittsburgh and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and wishes her the best during her retirement; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, November 15th to be “Honorable Judge Rochelle S. Friedman Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
