To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into planned modifications of two Not For Profit Service Contracts with Franklin County Public Health (Treasurer Franklin County) to increase funding and to extend the contract term dates from December 31, 2026 to December 31, 2027 to provide lead risk inspection and assessor services; and to authorize the expenditure in an amount up to $15,250.00 from within the 2026 Housing Division’s General Fund budget and $40,000.00 within the 2024 Lead Hazard Reduction Grant.
