Resolution providing for the creation of a trust fund for the South Side Parking Enhancement District Trust Fund and setting conditions for the deposit and expenditure of such funds. This fund is for the exclusive use of funding public safety, maintenance, and parking enforcement for the South Side Parking Flats Enhancement District as shown in Exhibit A.
