Resolution amending Resolution #779 of 2013 by adding the option stipulated in the contract with Maher Duessel, which provides independent auditing services for the city, to exercise the optional two year extension as stipulated in the original contract payable from the Department of Finance Auditing & Accounting Services, Budget Years 2017 and 2018. At a total cost not to exceed Three Hundred and Thirty Five Thousand, Nine Hundred and Twenty Dollars($335,920.00) over two years, which is the same rate as the previously contracted three years. All other provisions remain unchanged.
