Resolution authorizing the Directors of the Departments of Public Safety, City Planning and Finance to create on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh a Parking Enhancement District in the South Side Flats neighborhood pursuant to the requirements set forth in Title 5, Article VII, Chapter 546 of the City of Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances (see Ordinance No. 5 of 2016, Bill No. 2016-0075).
