To authorize the City Clerk to enter into an advance payment grant agreement with Our Community Group in support of their community events that strengthen economic mobility and physical wellness for Columbus residents; to authorize an expenditure within the Neighborhood Initiatives subfund; to authorize the reimbursement of qualifying expenses incurred prior to the creation of the purchase order; and to declare an emergency.
