Resolution amending Resolution No 41 of 2016, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an amended Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with ShotSpotter, Inc. (d/b/a SST, Inc.) for the continuation of the City’s subscription of gunshot-detection hardware and software at an overall cost not to exceed Four Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($464,000.00).
