Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, for compensating Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the local costs associated with federally funded improvements undertaken by PennDOT on City streets, bridges and other City Infrastructure; and further providing for the payment of the costs thereof.
