To authorize the Director of Columbus Water and Power to enter into a professional engineering services contract with The Osborn Engineering Company, for the General Architectural and Mechanical Services-Contract 1 Project, to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation within the Sanitary Bond Fund; and to authorize an expenditure up to $380,000.00 from the Sanitary Bond Fund.
