Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Human Resources and Civil Service Commission (HRCS) and Department of Public Works (DPW) to take all necessary steps and/or enter into an agreement or agreements with qualified entities on such terms as are necessary to alleviate the critical shortage of stationary engineers in the city’s workforce.
