Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies, and/or the creation of a Trust Fund in connection with Trail Repairs; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof not to exceed $70,000.00.
