To authorize the Director of Columbus Water and Power to modify and increase the contract with BBCO Design LLC, for the Space Planning Study Project; to appropriate funds in the General Permanent Improvement Fund; to authorize a transfer of up to $255,000.00 in the General Permanent Improvement Fund; to authorize an expenditure of up to $255,000.00 from the General Permanent Improvement Fund to pay for the contract modification; to amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; and to declare an emergency.
