NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby send its deepest condolences for the loss of such a bright young man with a promising future; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, December 20, 2016 to be “In Memory of Rashawn Gibson” in the City of Pittsburgh.
