NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh congratulates Michael on this major life achievement; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare January 10, 2017 to be “Michael Jonathan Lacek Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
