NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the Lending Hearts mission, commends its staff and volunteers for their devotion and commitment, congratulates James Conner and Jamie Guerry for their exceptional service and congratulates Lending Hearts on the occasion of its 2017 Annual Gala; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Thursday, February 23, 2017 to be “LENDING HEARTS DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.
