Ordinance supplementing the Pittsburgh City Code, Title One, Administrative, Chapter 118, to create the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure in order to encompass policy, planning, and management of an integrated urban transportation system accessible by all users - bicyclists, motorists, pedestrians, and public transit riders - in order to formalize the status of the Department and set roles, responsibilities, and functions for its Director.
