NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Erica Upshaw-Givner and Vision Towards Peace on their 5th Anniversary; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Sunday, March 12, 2017 to be “Vision Towards Peace Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
