Resolution appointing two board members to serve on the HIV/AIDS Commmision. Gary Van Horn will serve as the representative of the business sector, and Odoyin Desalu will serve as the representative of the academic or educational institutions. Both will serve a four (4) year term, to expire March, 2020.
