Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Public Safety to enter, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Threat Suppression Inc. for providing training and consulting services with regard to suppression of serious threats to public safety (e.g. an active shooter scenario). Said Agreement(s) shall be for a term of three years at an overall cost not to exceed Twenty-One Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($21,000).
