NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Council of the City of Pittsburgh thanks the Program to Aid Citizen Enterprise for its efforts to assist economically disadvantaged communities; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby declares March 31, 2017 to be “PACE Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
