Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011, entitled “adopting and approving the 2012 Capital Budget and the 2012-2017 Capital Improvement Program” by transferring $12,500 to Brighton Heights Citizens Federation and $5,000 to Summer Hill Citizens Council within District 1 Neighborhood Needs.
