NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby celebrate the merger of Hatch Ltd. and Chester Engineers; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Friday, March 31, 2017 to be “Hatch Chester Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
