Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works to execute relevant agreements and to receive grant funding to support the construction of a new Aquatic Spray Park, ADA access, minor site work and Bath House Renovations, and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed ($175,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
