Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Department of Public Works, and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Toole Design Group for the provision of a programmatic assessment of City-owned steps in the public right-of-way for a sum not to exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixteen Dollars and Zero Cents ($99,916.00) for the payment of the costs thereof.
