NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby congratulate Louis T. Grande on his 103rd Birthday; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, April 15, 2017 to be “Louis T. Grande Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
