NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and congratulate Congregation Beth Shalom on its 100th year of service to the Conservative Jewish community in Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare 2017 to be “CONGREGATION BETH SHALOM CENTENNIAL” in the City of Pittsburgh.
