Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the United States Department of Agriculture for services relating to a cooperative wildlife damage management program for white-tailed deer for a sum not to exceed NINETY-NINE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR DOLLARS AND FIVE CENTS ($99,494.05) over one year.
