Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with N. Harris Computer Corporation for the provision of a self-assessed business tax & revenue management software system for a sum not to exceed Two Million Thirty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($2,036,925.00) over ten years and for the payment of the costs thereof.
