NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Dr. Larry Leahy for receiving the PATF Kerry Stoner Award in honor of his lifelong and deep-rooted dedication to serving the HIV/AIDS community in Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare to April 26th, 2017 be “Dr. Larry Leahy Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
