Resolution amending Resolution No. 28 of 2017, entitled “Resolution providing authorization for the City of Pittsburgh and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement(s) for the City to provide administrative services associated with the health care plan for the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for an amount not to exceed $54,000.00 over three years,” by adding provisions for an annual benefits true-up and to provide for proper funding and payment of monthly premium equivalents and true up amount to the City from the URA and from the City to the URA.
