NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Professor Marc Fichman for his decades of service to Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh’s business community, and the City of Pittsburgh and wishes him the best in retirement; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declared May 6th, 2017 to be “Professor Marc Fichman Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
