NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize and commend Five Star Development and its leadership and staff for 20 years of success, innovation, and philanthropy; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare May 4th, 2017 to be “Five Star Development 20th Anniversary Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
