NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby condemn efforts to eliminate state funding for the vital healthcare services provided by Planned Parenthood and other family planning centers in Pennsylvania; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby urge members of the Pennsylvania House and Senate to reject Senate Bill 300 and preserve funding to Planned Parenthood.
