Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into an Amendment or Amendments to extend the existing Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the County of Allegheny for the Enterprise Resource Planning system by one (1) calendar year through December 31, 2017 and to provide for the payment of fees for support services at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred Twenty Thousand and Zero Dollars ($420,000.00).
