NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Norma for her continued involvement in her community and wish her a wonderful 90th Birthday; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Sunday, May 14th, 2017 to be “Norma Rothhaar Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
