A motion requesting that the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) review the response in LIHEAP letters sent though various non-profit organizations such as La Casa De Don Pedro and the United Community Corporation, stating their ineligibility for services although their incomes are well below the $1600 monthly limit; furthermore, requesting DCA review the Section 8 program which has removed hundreds of families due to a flaw in the recertification process.
