Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding to support the reconstruction of the Joncaire Steps in accordance to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) specifications and ECMS procedures. Further providing for agreements and expenditures at a cost not to exceed Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Thirty ($790,530.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
